the CIA won't do it cause they are scared of congressional hearings, the FBI can't do it cause they only fuck with us citizens. the military can't do it cause of the chain of command thing ..it gets too complicated .....so we need a group trained to go into enemy land and cause havoc..fight terrorism with terror ...IMHO
