i have more experience with the top photo, but i never got to sit around and enjoy it like they are.we just kept digging.
Anybody had CVA time that can tell us if this is posed or not. Thinking cali mike would know, untill certified im thinking this was a photo stunt.
Had plenty of CVA time. The only time this would ever possibly be allowed is during a "Shellback" initiation. That's when they cross the equator and have an initiation and then a big ass bar b que.Otherwise during NON-flight ops, on a regular work day, there would be no fucking way the Air Boss would put up with this!
transit or during "stand down" when there were no air ops. This looks like typical zero antics.
Air boss prolly did crazy shit when he was a butter bar.
Since I and probably you, Things are very different. Hell AFTER I got out, they stopped letting E-1 thru E-4 have facial hair. Too funny. I used to have some (lotsa) fun at officers expense when I was in. I swear to God no one got physically hurt, crossing my heart and hope to die!!!
Look at the left engine of the right jet. It looks active to me, in which case the pool has been inserted. I never served on a carrier, but from what I understand, they will sometimes allow the crew to swim by jumping off the hanger deck. No need for a pool when the ship is sitting in one.
there is some very strange shit happening on them things in the middle of a pond
make sure you check before you get off bro.. Guys i gota get going.. Have to drive into town and check the mail.. Living rural is neat, but sometimes a bit harder.. Greasy, im thinking its a go on the matte blue!
see ya all later tonight.
See you tonite bro
an engine turning. This is stand down time and some zeros are out doing a silly stunt that zeros do. Don't look shopped to me.
On my way home from town a few minutes ago I passed a Mercedes suv which had a bike rack and a bicycle mounted on it, the temp is 18f. Kinda fishy. As I got off his port quarter I could see his license plate:
What a sick bastard and trying to keep it covered by a bike rack?
The angle is not good so you can't tell precisely where it is. Your only clue is the island, which on all CVNs is at the starboard rear of the ship. A plane landing would be in that precise location as it hit the deck. And you still have to explain the yellow 'flame' in that left engine. Nobody would be allowed on the flight deck in swim trunks.
now that you point it out.
Hope you all are doing well, great here in AZ with the exception of this whole cold weather thing. Man i'm ready for global warming, whens exactly is it supposed to get here...
Since Schuyler is pretty much on the money i thought it was me..Kept looking for what the deal was with the port engine 8 hrs ago.. Thought i was missing something, yep bunch of O's at play..
