scabbord behind tha 1300? where are those available?
I believe Cheaper Than Dirt has them.
I got luky one day when they had just got more in @ CTD
day of shooting on Saturday, about 3 hours of busting clays,100 rounds of 4s,6s,and 8s thru my Mossberg Silver Reserve and not quite sure how many in some of the other shotguns that were there,as we swapped guns a bit later.we had a wide variety from a couple Winchester 1300 defenders,a weatherby OU,my Mossberg,a Benelli Nova 20 gauge(all the rest were 12 gauge).a couple 870s,one a LE model(hey shoot what ya brung,he did good).I took photos on my cell phone, now i have to figure out how to get them from my cell to my computer. It was a balmy 25 degrees, finally warmed up a bit,all in all very fun.
Sorry but no real good advice on how to use this stuff yet , I'm still lost with mine. On the bright side though , it sounds like a fun day to play at the range.
I got a condor scabbard through LA police gear. It works great except the 6 rd. side saddle on my 870 doesn't let it go in all of the way and the tactical choke shreads the inside of the scabbard. It works perfect on my other shotties.
I will be buying one,i don't have a side saddle, but i want to attach the scabbard to my Maxpedition backpack, thanks
I went a 'tacticool' direction with mine, eight round expansion mag, five on the stalk, a modified choke, adjustable stalk/pistol grip, I like it as it's a damn fine shooter...
How cool is that? and where do you get a metal mag extension?
