I know!

Trap, for those less skilled. (The weapon is a 500 gauge shotgun.)

Incidentally, the guy better hope there's minimal recoil, because if there isn't the scope is going to be driven right through his eye socket out the back of his skull.

Ecaman lol 500 gauge

If im not mistaken if it was a 500 gauge then it would shot something similar to needles. I think to refer to a gauge the bigger the number the smaller the the diameter. So If it was to be referred to as a gauge it would most likely be oh a .05 gauge lol cause the smaller the number the bigger the gauge. But I could be wrong or got the gauge math wrong.

WTF is this?

Hell I don't know, but i want one!! and a 1,000 rounds!
I'd have to see it fired first before I put my eye behind the scope!

I think I seen adam and jamie from mythbusters build one of these for shooting beer cans through windshields. I think this is a copy of it.

I stand corrected. "Gauge" refers to how many steel balls of a particular diameter weigh one pound. Don't know what I was thinking of. Maybe it's a 1 gauge, because just one ball of that diameter would weight a pound.

Also, perhaps the thing shoots tennis balls - or potatoes (a spud gun). I don't know what the hell it is.

WTF is this?

It looks like a tricked out spud gun. Could be for beer cans like Snake said. Either way, it's still gonna recoil some, I would recommend a pistol scope!

Thanks young fart!

Interesting, I'm only a couple of hours from PanTex. I wonder if these warheads are still "active".

57mm recoiless

shoulder fired(obviously),no recoil, back blast out the back like an RPG,LAAW, i knew if LLE saw it he'd get it,i believe he has fired them. You don't want to stand behind this when it speaks.I shot the 106 recoiless rifle in the Marines,it was mounted to a 4 wheel drive vehicle called a mule, had a single shot .50 cal mounted above the barrel of the 106,awesome weapon, you'd shoot the .50,loaded with WP(white phosphorus) until you got on target, then WHAM! Tank killer, with a vicious back blast too.FUN!

i tried being reasonable,i didn't like it, NRA LIFE MEMBER,USMC VETERAN

the 57 Recoilless. The 57 was my favorite, for at least one round---After that, the BG's knew where you were, and that gave a new meaning to the sage advice..."if you're not shootin', you better be movin'"!!! Problem was, i was not too swift of foot to begin with, and adding 45 pounds plus ammo did NOT help!!

Davey Crockett system

The biggest problem they had with it was the range was around 2 miles but the fallout cloud exceeded that and exposed the oporateors to high radiation.

I wanted to tell truth

I first heard of the Davy Crockett Atomic Battle System from one of me Metal Gear Solid Video Games to be exact it was Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I looked the Davy Crockett up a long time ago cause I didnt think it exsited, and well the pic above was talking about recoil less Rifles and well I thought I would put the Davy Crockett in this category. Im sorry if this sounds childish but just wanted to tell where I first heard of it.
