I'm down to around 1000 rds of .22lr and 500 rds of .380ACP. Tried to buy 4 boxes of the .380 today and they would only sell me 1 because they only had 6 boxes left. WTF so what I had the money so why shouldn't I have the right to buy all 6?

In this situation...not sure which way I would go if it were my place. But, think I would lean towards first come first serve. Can't you just order online?

I've checked several ammo brokers
on line and most are usually out of
38spl and 357 mag .
I guess I'll end up buying a 9mm because
even Wal Mart usually has a good stock
of 9 Luger.

Midway USA generally has ammo available, certainly in any quantities that I need.

and their prices are so-so. I just went there yesterday and picked up
200 rds of .223, 200 of 9mm and 100 .357.

I know, it's "low brow" ammo but when "lighting up the desert" one doesn't need hand made loads...LOL!

I have heard some bad things about ammoman, but also some other folks who never had any trouble. From what I could tell it was mostly complaints during the time last year when ammo was short everywhere. Let us know if you run into any trouble.

I have noticed the same thing after doing a search (should have done that first), one guy ordered 1000 rds of .223 and was sent 500 rds of .45acp. If that happens to me, I will just go buy a .45 and concider it a lesson learned...lol
I only ordered 500 rds for this very reason even though I wanted more, I like to establish a good business relationship with those who I do business on line.
One weird thing is that I recieved an email from them today inquiring wether Hampton Woodside was a company or an individual...WTF?.....What difference does it make?
Anyhoo, if shit goes south I used my CC and I will dispute the purchase.
