This was this guy's first boat and he was taking it to the lake, but he wasn't quite sure of the correct procedure for launching a boat off a ramp. However, he figured it couldn't be that difficult to do, so he stopped by his Union office for advice, and they just told him..."Don't let the trailer get too deep in the water when you're launching your boat"..Well later on, he couldn't understand what they meant by that, as he just could barely get his trailer in the water! but the Obama part has been photoshopped in. I saw the original in my local rag as a caption contest and it did not have the sign. The caption that won was something like: "Drive a little further, she's almost afloat!"

a buddy sent it to me and being an ex- long time boater myself I got a kick out of it, it still makes me laugh when I think of some of the things I saw at the local boat ramp.

things like this at Lake Powell here in Utah but the people that I have seen swamp their rig's at least had the common sense to back them in, this sort of thing happens more often than one might think.....Amazing, no wonder there are warnings all over everything these days, to benefit idiots like this.
