I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic so help me GOD!!!
I took that oath in 1964 and will defend it til I die.

Reaffirmation is Excellent, but..............................

let me remind everyone reading this, that if you took that oath, whether as an enlisted man or as an officer, THERE IS/WAS NO SUSPENSE DATE. You are still held accountable to abide by that oath to the day you meet the Almighty.

On the money my friend.. That same thing holds true for the oath of allegiance that everyone has taken.. No "sunset" laws on that oath either..
