One of the smoothest shooting shotguns ever made. Makes shooting a 12 gauge easy for anyone. The only time the recoil can get a little out of hand is when you swap out for the shorter slug barrel and fire a few rounds that way. The accuracy is spot on and is great for shooting non-moving targets, however, if you are a beginner to trap/skeet shooting this gun will take a while to get used to. The gun is extremely durable and will most likely outlast many of its owners. It is also very easy to clean which only involves removing the barrel (similar to many other shotguns).
Features

Features a highly polished blued receiver that is milled from a solid billet of steel for maximum strength and dependability. The non-binding twin-action bars make it an extremely smooth shooting shotgun. The stock is made of fine American walnut with a high-gloss finish. The barrels feature an ivory front sight and steel middle bead, and come equipped with Improved Cylinder, Modified and Full Rem Choke tubes.
Appeal

One of the most beautiful shotguns you can buy for its price range. It doesn't have engravings or flashy gold/silver markings on it but it isn't one of those shotguns that need it. It is just beautiful enough to attract attention yet not too flashy to where it takes away from the rugged reputation of a Remington 870.
Summary

A shotgun that can't be overlooked!

Overall I would rate the Remington 870 Wingmaster TC Trap shotgun as a premier shotgun for anyone. It shoots 2 3/4" 12 Gauge shells like they are nothing and can handle shooting slugs without turning you black and blue. Dependable (high quality parts), Beautiful (American Walnut stock and a highly polished blued receiver and barrel), and a lot of fun to shoot, you can't miss out on a shotgun like this. So if you are in the market for a dependable shotgun and want a little class too, then this is your shotgun. With a price well around $900 it can seem a bit pricey but I can assure you that it is worth every penny!
