The Glock does have a safety. It's internal built into the trigger. It's one of the safest handguns made. back in the late 90's when I was a cop, I tried to get my department to buy Glocks but I was over ruled by the mayor who thought S&W 5906's looked better, he liked things nice and shiny and he signed the checks. So we got stuck with the smith. Not a bad pistol just not in the same class as a glock.

Great review GLOCKSTER,but wwyattcl said it right,alot of people use the excuse that there is no external safety on a factory Glock,but there is,it would be your finger.If you dont pull the trigger,it wont fire.
