I love the accuracy of this gun - hello it's a Glock! Prior to my decision to by the compensated model I used the regular 22, maybe it's in my head but there was a noticeable difference in the accuracy for me. I like that the compensation allows for less recoil/muzzle flip and the compensation seems to render the gun more controllable during rapid fire succession.
I find the compensation allows for clearer sites as the gun powder/gases do not cloud the sites
It's absolutely user friendly, simply a matter of inserting the bullets into the magazine, popping magazine into the gun, pulling the slide - there is not a decocker and you know that once you've pulled the slide, the round is chambered and it's a matter of finding your target and pulling the trigger.
I love my Glock!
Features

Mine came w/ 2 standard 15 round magazines (which some states outlaw as they're considered high capacity magazines), a gun lock (really?! yeah no thanks!) standard 5.5lb trigger pull
Appeal

I really like this gun, the only thing I would change would be to make the 22c a SF model as well.

It's a glock I love it! I like it for it's ease of use, accuracy, durability, and the fact that it's compensated! I may be a woman, but my hands are not "dainty" and I happen to need a gun that will fit and this gun fits my hand SO naturally! The 22c has just the right amount of kick and is a dream to fire. I like the simplicity of this gun in the sense of cleaning it...it's relatively easy to field strip & clean and put back together. I also like that there are various trigger pulls that can be used to modify this gun. The only part about this gun is that it's NOT the best choice for a conceal carry - as it's not a compact gun.

You mentioned that you like the accuracy. Please define, in terms of group size.
Am I correct in understanding that you find that the sights on the 22C are less affected by blowback than are those of the 22? Please explain - I have no experience firing compensated handguns.
I agree that the simplicity of field stripping (and detail stripping) is an important consideration. I am probably thought to be rather anal by many people, since I clean my guns even if I only fire one round.
