great company great gun

Performance: 9

Like all hi points, you need to break in the clips before these guns perform like champs. very accurate with adjustable rear sight. rugged little gun for the money

for about 100 dollars you get a lifetime warranty, trigger lock, extra ghost sight, ability to use 8 10 or 15 rd mag from the c9 and carbine. if you get the compensated model it will accept a light or laser very light in weight and smooth action (dual action only) mag safety and slide lock are great features +p rated

Appeal: 7

Basically the same as the c9 except for it's "racing stripe" does add a little appeal but if your looking to win cutest gun contests, then this isnt for you. feels very firm in the hand

basically, i will eventually own every model that hi point comes out with. Why?? because they work and are reliable. If I need service, it's free no questions asked. what other company could you purposely break your gun and still be covered by a warranty? I bought for my wife, she doesnt really feel comfortable with a 9mm and i dont rely on a 22 so this was perfect. the fact that it is 9mm mag compatible is great as well. i put the promag 15 round carbine clip in it. looks funny as hell but works.
this is the 3rd hi point purchased and NO PROBLEMS
