coldfront Posted: December 17, 2008 Performance

shoots well. with compensator almost feels like a 22. perfect for the wife or starting to shoot for the first time. very accurate when properly sighted in. very durable with smooth operation and will fire any brand/type of round
Features

compensator has a weaver that will accept a laser or tac light. comes with extra ghost sight, trigger lock and backed by lifetime warranty. fully adjustable sights dual action only mag and slide safety. last round lockout. accepts c9 mags in 8 and 10 round
Appeal

1/2 inch longer then standard 380acp but still compact enough to carry. again not a pagent winner but chrome rail "racing stripe" does add slight appeal. feels very good in hand and balanced nicely
Summary

This gun with comp feels like you are shooting a 22 pistol. makes for better accuracy when first starting out with handguns. Can be found from 99 to 150 dollars which I think is an exceptional value even just to have as a back up or night stand gun. for the price, the features you get along with the warranty, the hi point 380 or 380 comp is definitely worth looking into. You dont have to break the bank for reliabilty. I now currently own the C9, C9comp, 380acp, 380acp Comp, and the 9mm carbine all totaling well under 1000. I will have the whole line of hi point firearms.
