Remington 700

These rifle's perform great and they are very accurate shooters. I owned my Remington 700 in .308 for 10 years and shot the rifle in many rifle matches and won. Triggers are good but, if you like a lighter trigger not hard to fixes. Not hard to mount a scope on them.

Remington has been using H&S Precision stocks that make the rifle a better rifle and shooter. Easy to mount a bipod to the stock of the rifle with sling studs.

If you want a long range rifle for matches or long range hunting take a serious look at the Remington 700 rifle. Great rifle for the guys that love to varmint hunt. Remington Model 700 rifle was adopted as the US Marine Corp's officially sniper rifle April 7, 1966.

The Remington Model 700 series is the all-time best selling line of bolt action sporting rifles in the world. They were an immediate hit when introduced in 1962 and have never looked back.
I have been involved with Model 700 rifles since 1965 and I have lost track of all of the permutations over the years. In 2008 alone the Remington catalog lists some 21 variations of Model 700's, excluding Custom Shop offerings.
Remington is still making a great rifle for anyone that wants a dependably and accurate rifle.
