I have a rough rider with only the mag cylinder and with polymer tip rem ammo at ranges of under 50yards it shoots high is this normal for this revolver

hornady ammo had that problem in my h&r 22 mag solved it with hornady or if it dont file down the front site a bit at a time til it shoots where you want then buy as nuch of that ammo as u can
