I, a pacifist, believe that only through the JUDICIOUS use of force, positive (personal) and/or negative (political) will I be allowed to live a life free of the INJUDICIOUS use of force by others, (political and/or criminal). It is for this reason alone I believe that the second amendment, while roundly ignored or castigated by the body politic (politicians and voters alike) today, was included in our Constitution.
