I want one, but will most likely get the Taurus 1911 first. Great review!

thanks man. but id get the SA 1911 the taurus has little issues with the thumb safety ive had both the SA better quality!!

i love this 1911 man it just gives you that old school feeling. love the looks and the rough finish that just looks better with time. also a great shooter.

I love my SA GI 1911. 1,000s of rounds and still shooting straight. Feeds w/o a hitch. About buffing out the barrel exposed through the ejection port, if you shoot it enough, that paint will wear off to the stainless finish. Great gun. Great review. I'll look forward to checking out your disassemby video.
