I don't know what country they are in I couldn't understand them at all. But always dangerous, would love to know what type of material he was shooting at.

looks like he missed the target by a hair and went right above it.

looked like it hit the target, bounced off the target, the ground about 10 feet in front of the shooter, & then hit his hat.(probably what saved his life). Also, sounds like the were speaking some form of Cajun lingo to me.

Seen this a couple of years ago.
Yes this moron took a high power rife and shot AR plate setup plumb, it hit and came back. He is lucky that it hit a couple of degrees off or it would have come back and hit him square in the face.
At that range it would still have had plenty of energy left to really mess him up.
Lesson to be learned?
Think before you shoot something...
