Do you understand what supressed is. Nobody on the line is wearing ear protection. The sound that you are hearing is the super sonic crack of the bullet breaking the sound barrier. This sound is down range and does not give away the position of the shooter. Seems to me you have been watching too many movies. To be quiet the rounds must be loaded sub sonic.IE not faster than the speed of sound.
