Rangers are not taught to be kind to civilians. Not all soldiers are professional and I have no room to talk about professionalism anyway. These people are not Rnagers. They may have the Ranger tab, which means they graduated the school, but big fuckin' deal. Rangers are members of the 75th Ranger Regiment and live the life day in and day out. There is a difference and these guys are nothing but "school house Rangers". I'm betting they're not even that. I imagine they are admin clerks who never leave the perimeter and are probably sitting in the TOC (Tactical Operations Center) and are bored. They think people here should be impressed with their service and while I have respect for anyone willingly putting on the uniform, people who expect others to be impressed by it are turds.
