Yes ,the lucky bastards,Mike Dillon owns Dillon aero and Dillon reloading company(the Blue Press crew).He has been shooting mini guns forever (seems like).You'd have to own a reloading company to keep up with that mini gun.

I thought Dillon Aero had tours where you could pay for a helicopter flight and a short gunnery range with the minigun, but while looking around for an electronic scale, I found out the Aero facility is only open to select government agencies.
