Thanks For the Vid Pete. Just got my new roll mark 1991A1 Colt Government Model in stainless. I single handedly blame you for my new 1911 craze man. Its your falt! haha. But nice video man it really helped. Im going to make a video here soon either tomorrow or in a couple of days whenever I get a chance, ive been real busy wit work n shit. Hey Pete, The easy way to install the sear & disconnect is to cut a piece of
weed wacker line ( usually .095 diameter works) to hold both together, Just
cut it long enough to fit into the frame when inserting both parts from the bottom, Also use the lube to help everything stay in place while inserting both pieces.
When you push the pin through the frame the nylon line slides out the
other side.!!!
