Yeah....

I don't think so. He has a switch under the table. Watch during the part when he makes the light go on. His left hand goes under the table at the time the light goes on and off. Plus, the candle goes out and the light stays on for just a moment. His right hand goes under the table at the time the DC motor starts up.

i havnt tried it,but i dont see how it could posibly work.there is no chemical reaction,and his hand does go under the table each time.kinda reminds me of a game we used to play on the new guys when i was a carpenter called get me the board stretcher.still cant figure how he is making the circuit though.you can power electronics with citrus fruit though.
