Not impressed

His beard is more reliable than that rifle. They suck. I've had two, both were garbage.

I would defiantly agree as an RSO I see the min 14 all the time chambered in .223 and 7.62x39. 90% of the time the shooter asks me to help group the gun or get it on paper because of the guns inconsistency. Every time I look at their paper I see buck shot like spread and tell them they can’t expect much more from the mini 14. Event with a good scope and good a good shooter the gun will still have a flyer 3 out of 5 shots. I don’t know if it’s the barrel twist, over heating, or poor deign over all. It a shame to since Ruger makes some good stuff I just think they shit the bed in the mini 14.

??? Wow, Ive never had a jam with mine or the 3 or 4 others I shot.
Its a 18 inch barrel and probaly as accurate as my m4
Ive put over the years, and remember Ive been shooting it for 20 years seeing that its the first run I ever shot, thousands of rounds through them.
Id rather have a mini 14 than just about any AR style .223
