If youre not you have your head

Considering how little of the mixed material is necessary, how easily it can be hidden or masked, & how easily it can be ignited (all manner of methods suggest themselves), this explosive is truly something about which we should be concerned. It could be used by terrorists or by people with varied mental defficiencies to kill and/or to destroy any sort of target. Consider airplanes. Or many people gathered together - in an airport, in a bus station, at a sporting event, in a church, in a school, in a subway, in a shopping mall, and on and on. There aren't enough law enforcement people to monitor all the possibilities. Perhaps it falls on us, who have been made aware of the threat possibilities, to be vigilant and keep a watch wherever we are. Aren't we supposed to accept responsibility? Not to be vigilanties, but to keep watch & be prepared to sound the alarm, and/or take action.
I talked to a chemist out of California that specializes in explosives. I sent this to him and he emailed me back and told me that there is only two agents you can mix to make a binary explosive like this, and one part has to be heated over 350 degrees and maintain that constitant temperature as you mix it and it would take a much larger quantity than that for that damage. That quantity he said would be about as much as ladyfinger fire cracker.
