The community was up in arms because the cop did'nt really need to kill him. But damn did you see the gut on the 1st guy?

This is incredible!! Cops that hit a badguy and didn't hit any bystanders? Amazing!! Wait, there were no bystanders, huh? Ah well, NYPD would have found a way to hit some anyway. Good thing this happened in Kansas City, or as residents call it, the place affected by the gravitational pull of that cop's belly.
