I will first get really aquanted with blanks before I even touch live ammo. But the chances of me attempting a quick draw is slim to none. By the way did ya get my PM yesterday?

What might a good western gunbelt cost? I don't need embellishments like silver conch's and stamping. Just a good functional gunbelt. Think Clint not Roy.

I have never met anyone perfect? I still do not understand the postulate practice makes perfect. I wonder where said postulate originated. Perhaps in the Catholic religion?
Anyone of you intelligent members know?

and do it wrong every time.
Even a golf swing needs to be taught
the correct way to ever get really good.
What good is practice if you keep doing it wrong

Exactly so

This is one of the things we press about. You can burn up a hell of a lot of money in ammo and still shoot like shit while building upon seriously detrimental, even life threatening habits.

Nice:3. characterized by, showing, or requiring great accuracy, precision, skill, tact, care, or delicacy: nice workmanship; a nice shot; a nice handling of a crisis.

Practice makes ones abilities "nice"...

of course that is more British than needs be I'm guessing...

It really depends..

A really pretty one can cost out the ass, but a very good functional one would probably be priced between $75.00 - $150.00.

I'd go with functional, this place has some really nice ones and you can order them from basic to pretty as you like...

http://www.westernleatherholster.com/western-leather-holsters/

I personally haven't made any cowboy style holsters yet, well, I did one for a 44 AutoMAG but that ate up allot of leather and time so it was kinda pricey for the fella...

Holster and belt he should be able to get away at around $160.00 or so...

This is something I am going to get into as things progress....
