Hello John, I love Rem-oil too. I carry a small can in my range bag for a few squirts during long shooting sessions. How is your heavy lube for storage? Does it dry or crack? I finish my cleaning with a couple drops of Gun Butter along each rail.
I will recommend a drop on the barrel / recoil spring connection. This is a wear point with lots of friction during firing. My old Beretta has a metal piece that needs a extra drop there too. Nice to see you taking such good care of your firearms. Silent Joe
