In your scenario, you are using this for self defense against bipedal threats in a convenience store. Where is that 400gr. bullet traveling at 1900 fps going to go after it travels through your attacker? How about follow up shots for multiple attackers (wolves hunt in packs)? I wouldn't rely on the intimidation factor to save my life. There are much more safe and efficient options available for that scenario. I like the kit just for collection purposes, and I like the .500S&W for handgun hunting or large predator defense... but for human threats? Really?

ahhhh

Bit ludicrous you ask me....

I've seen these at pawn shops, Bill Jacksons and a few other locations and asked how many they have sold. Not one from the retailers and the pawn shop can't sell it because they can't get the money out of it they paid for it....

Self Defense?

lol

when I made the first comment above, this video was a snubbie .500S&W in the bear defense survival kit... kind of wierd its a different video now about the Miami shootout.

au yu

sure was that monster mutha of a 500 snub....

Bill Jacksons has a Orange Gripped one sitting in a display case and hasn't sold it in around 6 years that I know of....

Everyone comments on it, never considering owning one seems to be the main topics of the comments.

500 Magnum

We are having some technical issues getting my videos transferred from my YouTube channel to this forum. Sorry. I will be doing a completely new review on the 500 magnum BTW.
