kind of 'up in the air' before I joined the Coast Guard, that evened me out a tad, gave me some perspective. I wasn't worth a shit till' then, building hot rods while 'flipping burgers' ain't real profitable.........Life is a bitch.......

shortly after that I had my oldest son to raise (otherwise I would have stayed in the CG) mom took off, I went on to another absentee parent with two more kids to raise.....But I will tell you what, better me raising the kids than them, my second wife (36) still acts like a fucking 5 year old!

I really know how you feel & what you went & are going through. I fought for custody of my 2 daughters & got it at ages 3 & 5. Both grown with there own rug rats now & I love being a grandpa. & again "AGREED" Better me than there mom. the gutter slut piece of spider spit.
Any day above dirt is a good day!!!
My New Motto: Where Do I Sign? (Oh yes I would)
Hamp I was in similar type place when I joined the Army 17 pissed at the world cause of the bad hand I felt I was dealt I finally grew up and learned to take responsibility the summer of 96, that summer gave more meaning in being a man than any Duke or Clint movie could have. Great song and much btter than the Metallica version in my book,

Real glad to see that you had sense enough to GRAB that perspective & not just blow it off like a lot of others.
