Unforgiven

New blood joins this earth
And quickly he's subdued
Through constant pained disgrace
The young boy learns their rules

With time the child draws in
This whipping boy done wrong
Deprived of all his thoughts
The young man struggles on and on he's known
A vow unto his own
That never from this day
His will they'll take away-eay

Chorus:

What I've felt
What I've known
Never shined through in what I've shown
Never be
Never see
Won't see what might have been
What I've felt
What I've known
Never shined through in what I've shown
Never free
Never me
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN

They dedicate their lives
To RUNNING all of his
He tries to please THEM all
This bitter man he is
Throughout his life the same
He's battled constantly
This fight he cannot win
A tired man they see no longer cares
The old man then prepares
To die regretfully
That old man here is me

What I've felt
What I've known
Never shined through in what I've shown
Never be
Never see
Won't see what might have been
What I've felt
What I've known
Never shined through in what I've shown
Never free
Never me
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN

whoa, whoa

Never Free
Never Me
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN
You labeled me
I'll label you
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN
Never Free
Never Me
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN
You labeled me
I'll label you
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN
Never Free
Never Me
So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN

my taste in music transcends generations but Metalica is one of my modern favorites. Whiskey in the jar is just superb!

mettal licka.

tuning in waaaay late i know.these guys were my favorite band, bought all their albums including load and reload but decided they were greedy pricks when they sued a little girl for downloading their music from the internet.now i hate them.they have so much money, and fans will always buy the albums,so who gives a shit if they also download?

paraphrasing bad religion inside the album 80-85 a compilation album (this is not a new album, its a collection of songs we made between the years 80-85.if you bought it thinking it was a new album take it back.better yet tape it,then take it back and buy the new so and so's album instead)
thats rock n roll.a band not nearly as rich as metallic telling you to tape their music and go spend your money on something else! notice the video has been blocked due to copyright??????

hi leann

don't think we've met,but I've seen your avatar around here and there.nice to meet you,and a laaaaaate welcome to gunslot from me.my first real concert was ozfest 2000.my buddy won tickets to the upper lawn we were both broke but had a great time, they traded people for upper reserve seating because they didn't sell as manny as they had,and we kinda snuck down closer right past a guard to the very front row dead center behind the v.i.p. boxes to some open seats, they either never sold those tickets,or the people were off at the moshpit,or elsewhere in the show.best concert ever, and only cost us each about $10 bucks!

I started a response, then noticed that we were WAY off topic.. Yep the thread was yours, but i do think we need to make an effort to stay on topic with any gun thread. This was my fault, you had mentioned the wifes pregnancy, and i "drifted" the thread to that..

I think this is something we all need to watch, i feel ok saying it, as "I" was the one who caused the drift.. I want to respond to Jay, but didn't want to get more off the subject (optics) Reap is right (eckkkypoo) anyone who comes to our site..opens a thread, in this case optics, should have a read about ..duhhh optics.. Think this is simple when we drift off, "ALL" of us should make an effort to take the subject over to what ever "non" gun issue is up at the time..This seems logical to me anyway..

Jay.. your thoughts on the babys name just underscores what great parents you guys are going to be, anyone reading your comment (i shared it with Gloria) can feel the love, and pride you have in your "bean".. ha ha.. Happy for you brother..Going with Judeo Christian names is the start of a "guided" life..well done bro..

thanks greg for the help.i kinda thought we were starting to drift, and so we should get back to it there, but this one is basically dead and off topic,i also posted a couple funny vids in the off topic category just now.we all seem to kinda wander down a path away from the original idea every once in a while, and i understand the mods concern.we don't want this place to be like other dirtied up unorganized forums out there,so I'm going to be extra cautious about commenting on posts in the future, and making sure i do everything i can to keep my threads as well as others clean and tidy.many hands makes light work.and thanks for the words of encouragement on namesake!

the lean'r the meaner

the nickname lean'r reminds me of a saying i learned doing concrete.the "leaner the meaner"meaning whoever can slide out and "lean" farther over a slab without getting out on boards is a better worker,or used to tell someone to reach farther out "the leaner the meaner!"
