They're not terrorists as far as the Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder and the Obama administration is concerned. Shabaaz was one of two New Black Panther Party members to block access and threaten White voters in Philadelphia on Election Day 08. The Bush Justice Dept filed charges against these men but when Obama came into office and Eric Holder became the AG the charges were "mitigated" and essentially swept under the rug.

Just because it's legal don't mean it's right.

The first is thier suing AZ.. and Holder decided NOT to do it on civil rights issues, the suit is being brought as a hindrance to US laws.. This is beyond stupid, and conventional wisdom right now is not a snow balls chance of hell it will work, as A) its a help not a hindrance, and B) whats the justification for Holder not marching into Frisco, or any of the other sanctuary cities, and saying hey your not instep with the Feds .. The belief is his case is way WAY weak...

Second issue is the NON prosecution of voter intemidation thats outlined above.. seems They were getting thier marching orders on this from the white house.. Yep.. its only a crime if a white does it to a black, and there of course is whats wrong beyond words... I think about those 5-6 black kids down in Jenna who attacked the white kid.. no way were they ever charged with a hate crime, and heck, maybe it wasn't... but sure wrong that if it would have been the other way around the white boys would have been charged.. This isn't law it's politics, and it stinks.

a man has to hold his word, hold his beliefs, and hold a good sight picture.

These guys are pretty radical.... Not terrorists because their main goal is not to promote terror initself, rather the overthrow of the United States and what it stands for to make way for a gangland similar to Aftrica with warlords controlling areas...

Why do people still have to go black vs white? Next thing we will be fighting cowboys and indians...

Funny how they call out basically for anarchy... No police, as if all cops are racist and white... I know several cops and they are not all white...

Why do these organizations no preach about education and making your world better, or getting out of "the hood"... It seems to be all illogical rambings of thugs and imbeciles...

Just my humble honest opinion....
